At CtraderAI, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality AI-driven trading services. Our pricing is transparent, and we offer different subscription tiers to meet your needs. Due to the nature of our digital services and the immediate access to our proprietary AI models and data upon subscription, we have a strict no-refund policy.
2. Subscription Services
All payments for our subscription-based services are non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account.
3. Cancellation
You are solely responsible for properly canceling your subscription. You can cancel your subscription at any time by visiting your account settings page. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will not be charged again. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your billing period.
4. Acceptance of this Policy
It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with this no-refund policy. By placing an order for any of our products, you indicate that you have read this no-refund policy and that you agree with and fully accept the terms of this policy. If you do not agree with or fully accept the terms of this policy, we ask that you do not place an order with us.
